Kylei Foster, Moore High School’s Fastpitch softball powerhouse Senior is putting into practice the years of perseverance her sport has taught her. She implements this same perseverance in other areas she is committed to like the National Honor Society, the Student Athletic Advisory Committee, and the Native American Student Association.
Kylei knows it “takes a village” and some of those she gives credit to for her strength and endurance are her parents, for their sacrifices for her and her siblings, Haley Kruger, one of the most positive teammates she has ever had, and her Junior English teacher, Mrs. Curran who made Kylei and her classmates feel like they belonged and helped walk her through trying times.
Kylei celebrates team wins as much as personal victories. She remembers one of her favorite team wins against Deer Creek during her slow pitch season and allows that to motivate her as she represents her team and her high school today and moving forward.
She’s grateful for her coaches at Moore softball both at the junior high and high school levels and how much they believed in her throughout her softball career and how time with them and her teammates has been the favorite part of her days.
Kylei is proud to represent Moore High School and believes this time will be a season she will never forget.
