Head Coach: Brad Hill
2021 Record: 3-8
The Lions enter the 2021 season looking to bounce back from a rough 3-8 record last season. In order to make that happen, head coach, Brad Hill says that the offense knows what they need to do. “We need to stretch people horizontally and vertically,” he said. “This will help matchups we want out in space.” Denver Wolfe (5-10, 175, Jr.) returns to lead the offense at quarterback. He had over 1,000 total yards and six touchdowns last season. Joining him in the backfield will be the running back duo of Ke’Andre Pittman (6-1, 210, Jr.) and Rejond Hayes Jr. (5-10, 165, Sr.). A year ago, Pittman rushed for six scores, while Rejond ran for over 400 yards. Making big plays at receiver will be Marcus Dockins Jr. (6-3, 190, Sr.) and Lonato Henderson (6-4, 220, Sr.). The duo combined for ten touchdowns a year ago and are ready to increase that number this year. Dockins was named to the VYPE Top 100 and is considered to be one of the top playmakers at wide receiver in the class. Jax Rumsey (6-4, 275, Jr.) will be a solid returning member of the offensive line.
